Our Story Starts With
THE GARZA FAMILY
a third-generation Mexican-American family of seven (Siete!), working together to help Veronica Garza overcome challenging health conditions, a stack of homemade tortillas she created from almond flour, and the realization that a single tortilla can help more people feel included at the table
A COLLECTIVE JOURNEY TO HEALTH
where eating well means savoring delicious foods made with thoughtfully selected ingredients that don’t sacrifice taste or texture (because let’s face it—a taco just doesn’t taste the same in a lettuce wrap)
