We’re so happy that you found our online store! Whether ordering online is your jam, or if you prefer to do your shopping in-store, we’re excited for you to try our family’s foods. To find us near you at the best price, reach out to us at hola@sietefoods.com. Please note: our online prices reflect costs for labor, freight, and packaging. Plus, all orders include free shipping!
Like a loving parent, we take care to envelop our chips with love and protection, so they make it to you in great condition. Our secret protective agent? Air!
By including air in our packages, we try to ensure that our chips make it to your home in tip-top shape, ready to be enjoyed and dipped by all.
This offer is availalbe at checkout on all orders for those that want to offset the impact that buying online has on the environment.
It’s a big, beautiful world, and we want to do our part to help keep it that way. In order to become a more sustainable brand, we’ve partnered with EcoCart to help offset our carbon emissions. EcoCart is helping us support forest regeneration in Puebla, Mexico, through The Puebla Project.

Unfortunately, we are currently available for orders and shipments via our website within the United States.
However, you may find some of our products in Canadian retailers. Check out our store locator near you. The list is growing every day.
You may also have luck finding a wider variety of our family's foods at NaturaMarket, Nature Sante, or Coco Market . They ship straight to your door.
We ship our dry items out Monday - Friday.
Ground shipping is FREE with all chip orders. Dry items will be delivered within 5-7 days of departure from Austin, Texas. We primarily use FedEx for shipping.
We only ship within the United States, Alaska and Hawaii included. We do not ship to APO or PO boxes.
Our products should arrive at least 60 days before their best-by date.
We ship our frozen tortillas Monday - Wednesday with ice packs in insulated coolers to maintain freshness.
Most orders received after FedEx pickup on Wednesday will be shipped the following week.
FedEx 2-day shipping is FREE with all tortilla orders.
Unfortunately, we aren't yet available for shipment to Puerto Rico. We have heard that some of our family's foods are available at My Wealthy Woe and we hope to expand to retail locations in Puerto Rico in the near future.
