Meet Casey Rogers! (A.K.A.@caseycookedit on Instagram). Casey shares gluten free and dairy free meals and recipes for more people to enjoy. She is also a member of our Culinary Creators familia! On a recent trip to our Siete HQ, she created Crunch Wraps using our Grain Free Burrito-Size Tortillas, Grain Free Taco Shells, and our Mild Taco Seasoning. It was perfectly crisp, had a nice crunch, and tasted so yummy. Fun Fact: Casey cooked through our family cookbook,THE SIETE TABLE!Tips:Add additional toppings inside to make it your own!I like to serve mine with Siete Traditional Botana sauce, guacamole, and sour cream for those that can enjoy dairy!

  1. Step 1

    In a large skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Step 2

    Add taco seasoning and 1/3 cup of water.
  3. Step 3

    Cook until liquid is reduced. 
  4. Step 4

    Heat tortillas & taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. Step 5

    To assemble: Add meat to center of burrito tortilla and drizzle queso over meat.
  6. Step 6

    Place taco shell over meat and queso. This will act as a barrier between the hot and cold ingredients.
  7. Step 7

    Add shredded lettuce and tomatoes on top of the taco shell. Place a quarter tortilla piece over all ingredients.
  8. Step 8

    Begin folding all edges of the tortilla into the center. 
  9. Step 9

    Carefully place the wrap, seam side down into a warm cast iron pan. Warm for approx 1 min/side until crisp and lightly browned. 
  10. Step 10

     Repeat with all 4 wraps and serve!
