Step 1
Heat milk and pour into a blender with the cookies of your choice. Blend cookies with warm milk until very smooth, similar to nut butter. If the butter is too loose, chill for 20 minutes. -

Place your pitted dates on a parchment lined tray and fill with the cookie butter -
Step 3
Place dates in the fridge or freezer while melting the chocolate -
Step 4
Pour an inch or two of water in a small saucepot over medium heat -
Step 5
Place chocolate and coconut oil in a metal or glass bowl and set on top of the saucepot to create a double boiler -
Step 6
Stir the chocolate until fully melted -
Step 7
Drizzle melted chocolate over the dates and transfer back to the fridge or freezer to quickly set the chocolate -
Step 8
Store the cookie butter stuffed dates in the refrigerator in an airtight containerStore your dates in the freezer to keep them fresh for longer!
