Growing up in the border-town of Laredo, Texas, our family enjoyed visiting the Mexican snack shops on each street corner. In search of the perfect blend of spice and tang, we’d often buy crunchy potato chips to make preparadas doused in hot sauce, lime juice, and topped with pickles. Other times, we’d snack on pickles and hot sauce to double down on the perfect flavor combo. Inspired by our memories of those tasty snacks, we created these Kettle Cooked Spicy Dill Pickle Potato Chips with thoughtfully selected ingredients so more people can enjoy. ¡Buen Provecho!
