Because we believe you can do anything you set your mind to, we'll admit to having mixed feelings about this juicy, orange melon being called a cantaloupe instead of a CANaloupe, but we digress. It's an absolutely bright and delightful base to this Cantaloupe Chia Agua Fresca! Just add a little water, lime, chia, maple syrup and soon enough you'll be slurping and saying fresc-aah.

  1. Step 1

    Place melon
  2. Step 2

    ½ quart of water in a blender with maple syrup and lime juice
  3. Step 3

    Blend until smooth
  4. Step 4

    Place puree in a large pitcher and add 1 ½ quarts of cold water
  5. Step 5

    Add chia seeds
  6. Step 6

    Refrigerate and let sit for 30 mins before serving
