It's an absolutely bright and delightful base to this Cantaloupe Chia Agua Fresca! Just add a little water, lime, chia, maple syrup and soon enough you'll be slurping and saying fresc-aah.

Place melon -
Step 2
½ quart of water in a blender with maple syrup and lime juice -
Step 3
Blend until smooth -
Step 4
Place puree in a large pitcher and add 1 ½ quarts of cold water -

Add chia seeds -

Refrigerate and let sit for 30 mins before serving
