Queso Papitas Street Corn
We grew up enjoying Mexican Street Corn from snack shops, at street fairs, and with friends at birthday parties. Recently, we came up with this dairy free recipe for Queso Papitas Street Corn using our Kettle Cooked Queso Potato Chips and Primal Kitchen's Avocado Oil Mayo! It’s so good that it may be eaten up in a flash, but it’s like they say, “Easy come, easy queso.”

Recently, we came up with this dairy free recipe for Queso Papitas Street Corn using our Kettle Cooked Queso Potato Chips and Primal Kitchen's Avocado Oil Mayo! Step 1
Place corn in a large pot of water and fill to cover. Boil for 20 minutes or until the corn is tender. -
Step 2
Remove from water and grill on high using a cast iron or outdoor grill until corn starts to brown all around. -
Step 3
Crush Siete Kettle Cooked Queso Potato Chips in a food processor or by hand until chips are in fine crumbs. -
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with yogurt and mix thoroughly. -
Step 5
Brush over corn and lightly roll over crushed queso potato chips. -
Step 6
Lightly sprinkle with sea salt and chili powder. Serve with fresh cilantro.
