On a recent trip to our Siete HQ, she created a Spicy Lemon Pepper Papas recipe to serve at our weekly Friday Lunch using our Lemon Pepper Fajita Seasoning.   1. Step 1

    Wash, trim the ends and slice potatoes into 1” thick circles, add to a big bowl and set aside
  2. Step 2

    Wash, cut ends and remove seeds from jalapenos and slice into thin circles, add to the bowl with your potatoes
  3. Step 3

    Peel a whole yellow onion and cut into strips, add to bowl
  4. Step 4

    Add 50g of avocado oil and 2 packets of lemon pepper seasoning in the bowl and toss until evenly coated
  5. Step 5

    Pre-heat a large pan and add more avocado oil if needed, add contents of the bowl to the pan and cook until fork tender
  6. Step 6

    Transfer to plate and serve with DF crema and scallions if desired
