Step 1
Marinate shrimp with ¾ packet Siete Lemon Pepper Fajita Seasoning and tequila for at least 30 minutes - 2 hours. -
Step 2
Grill shrimp and corn cobs until cooked and slightly charred. You can optionally cook these indoors using a cast iron pan or skillet of your choice. -
Step 3
Remove shrimp and corn from the grill and prepare the dressing. Blend together Lime juice, garlic, cilantro, ¼ packet Lemon Pepper seasoning (approx 1 tsp), olive oil, and agave. -
Step 4
Slice the corn kernels off of the cob. Crush the Siete Maiz Taco Seasoning Corn Tortilla Chips until bite-sized pieces. -
Step 5
To build the salad, top mixed greens of your choice with avocado, tomatoes, radishes, lemon pepper tequila shrimp, corn kernels, and the cilantro lime dressing. Finish with the tortilla chips for a bit of crunch!
