Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, add the diced hearts of palm, cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, and avocado. Sprinkle the vegan ceviche with the Siete Lemon Pepper seasoning and stir to combine. -
Step 2
This dish can be served immediately with Siete Maiz Totopos, Grain-Free Tortilla Chips, and/or lettuce cups! -
Step 3
If time allows, this dish tastes best chilled for 30 minutes prior to serving or even overnight, allowing the flavors to marinate together.
