Inspired by our latest collaboration with Little Spoon, we created this delicious plate to create a shared mealtime experience at the family table. From their plate to yours, this quick & easy recipe highlights the same delicious heritage-inspired flavors: Chicken Fajita, Refried Pinto Beans, and Taco-Seasoned Veggies Plate. Enjoy them together at the table because ¡Juntos es Mejor!

  1. Step 1

    Add 1 tbsp of oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2

    Cook 1 lb of sliced chicken with the fajita seasoning, stirring often for 3-5 minutes, or until done.
  3. Step 3

    Heat the can of refried pinto beans with water or broth to loosen the beans as needed.
  4. Step 4

    Remove chicken from the skillet, and heat another tbsp of oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions, zucchini, and bell peppers. Once charred and almost cooked through, add half the packet of mild taco seasoning to the veggies.
