Directions

1. Step 1

   In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter, diced onion, diced jalapeno, and ground beef. Crumble and cook the beef until it is no longer pink throughout.

2. Step 2

   Season the beef mixture with the Siete Taco Seasoning and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.

3. Step 3

   In a small bowl, whisk together the half & half and cornstarch. Pour the mixture over the beef and bring to a low simmer. Add the cream cheese and mix.

4. Step 4

   Gradually add the shredded cheese, while stirring, until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.

5. Step 5

   If desired, garnish with Siete Mild Salsa and chopped cilantro.

6. Step 6

   Serve the Queso con Carne with Siete Taco Seasoned Maiz Totopos!
