In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a low simmer. -
Step 2
Cook on medium-low heat for 35-45 minutes or until rice is tender. Add extra water (½ cup as needed) if the liquid is too dense and rice begins to stick. -
Step 3
Garnish with a dash of cinnamon and serve warm.
