Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 F.Cook each tortilla over medium-high heat until pliable, about 10-15 seconds. -
Step 2
Cut each tortilla into a rectangular shape. Fill half of the tortillas with about 2 tablespoons of jam in the center. -
Step 3
Place another rectangular tortilla over and press down the edges using a fork. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Make icing by combining coconut cream and confectioners sugar. -
Step 4
Remove from the oven and once at room temperature layer with icing and sprinkles. -
Step 5
To seal pop torts properly, make sure to seal while tortillas are still warm and pliable.
