In celebration of our newest product, Refried Pinto Beans, we’ve created this Crunchy Taco Wrap. It’s like your favorite crunchy taco, but with a savory layer of beans between the soft tortilla and the crispy taco shell in place of cheese! Make this your own by filling it with your protein of choice and finishing it off with toppings—from cheese and lettuce to pico de gallo and salsa, the limit does not exist!

  1. Step 1

    In a small saucepan, add Siete Refried Pinto Beans and stir over medium heat until beans are warm.
  2. Step 2

    In a medium skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Step 3

    Add taco seasoning packet and ⅓ cup of water.
  4. Step 4

    Cook until liquid is reduced.
  5. Step 5

    Heat tortillas and taco shells according to package instructions.
  6. Step 6

    To assemble: Spread about 1/4 cup of refried beans over cassava tortilla.
  7. Step 7

    Place one hard shell in the center of tortilla and fold in taco.
  8. Step 8

    Add seasoned meat to taco and top with lettuce, cheese (optional), and hot sauce.
