    Preheat the oven at 350 F

    ⁠ Mix tomato sauce, dried oregano, and EVOO into a bowl
  3. Step 3

    ⁠ Line baking pan with parchment paper
  4. Step 4

    ⁠ Add cheese to the first, single-layer of crust (1 almond flour tortilla)
  5. Step 5

    ⁠ Place the second tortilla directly over the cheese-coated first layer
  6. Step 6

    ⁠ Add tomato sauce mixture atop the second tortilla
  7. Step 7

    ⁠ Add more cheese
  8. Step 8

    ⁠ Add pepperoni
  9. Step 9

    ⁠ Bake for 10-15 mins
