Preheat the oven at 350 F -
Step 2
Mix tomato sauce, dried oregano, and EVOO into a bowl -
Step 3
Line baking pan with parchment paper -
Step 4
Add cheese to the first, single-layer of crust (1 almond flour tortilla) -
Step 5
Place the second tortilla directly over the cheese-coated first layer -
Step 6
Add tomato sauce mixture atop the second tortilla -
Step 7
Add more cheese -
Step 8
Add pepperoni -
Step 9
Bake for 10-15 mins
