    Preheat a comal or skillet over medium heat and cook tortillas for 5-10 seconds per side, or until tortillas gently bubble
  2. Step 2

    Spread the pimento cheese all over the tortilla to cover and roll into a tight log shape
  3. Step 3

    Slice the wrap into “pinwheels” by making clean ½”-1” slices 
  4. Step 4

    Preheat a comal or skillet over medium heat and cook tortillas for 5-10 seconds per side, or until tortillas gently bubble

    Spread the almond butter all over the tortilla to cover, placing a whole banana in the center, and roll into a tight log shape
